Gioia Syrah - Episode 2

Judit and Corina taste Gioia Syrah. Gioia (Joy-ah) is a small boutique winery that has produced a crisp, fragrant Chardonnay, a plummy Syrah, an earthy and satisfying Pinot Noir and a rich cherry Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes for Gioia Chardonnay come from Premiere Coastal vineyard north of Los Alamos. The aroma is fruity with distinct blossom undertones, and the taste is crisp and fresh with a hint of ripe strawberries. Owner and winemaker Teri Love personally blends the wines to ensure they are "full of the delights and pleasures one would desire from partaking in a beautifully fragrant, colorful and rich glass of nature’s best."

"Gioia means joy in Italian. The inspiration for Gioia was born from the joy my son Tyler brought and still brings to my life."
Salute! Teri Michele Love
