Winemakers Notes:

A native of Western Australia, Cupcake Winemaker Adam Richardson has been making wine professionally for more than twelve years both in Australia and California.

Cupcake Chardonnay was crafted to emphasize the Central Coast’s creamy and structured Chardonnay character. It starts off with a touch of apple, a hint of tropical fruits and is complimented by a balance of vanilla and spice. We used malolactic fermentation with aging in small barrels to provide a rich mid palate that develops into a long, smooth, satisfying finish. This wine pairs well with crab cakes, seared Ahi tuna on waffle crackers or fresh-baked French bread and cheese.

Judit and Corina we loved your web page and like the video presentation with cup cakes. Was fascinated with Adam Richardson a fellow Western Australian. Yes we do have fabulous internationally renown wines here in southern Western Australia. Our wine regions extend near our state capital of Perth into the chittering, Swan valley , Peel, geograph, margaret River, Pemberton and the Great southern wine regions with many many delicious white and red wines.
